Under our Purchase Protection policy, refunds are available for orders up to $250 if your package is lost in transit (notify us within 30 days), arrives late (contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date), or arrives damaged (first instance per year, report within 7 days with photos). Because personalized items are made to order, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges on custom designs. However, if your tee arrives damaged or there’s an error in the design, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right!

Processing time for custom tees is typically 1-3 business days (we're open on Saturday), followed by shipping time which varies based on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package!
