Shipping Policy

We want you to receive your custom graphic tees as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping options:

For Standard Shipping, the delivery time is 3-5 business days. This option is free for orders over $35 and costs $4.95 for orders under $35. It’s perfect for those who are looking for a cost-effective way to receive their tees.


If you need your order a little sooner, consider our Priority Shipping option, which delivers within 2-3 business days. The cost for priority shipping is $9.45. This option provides a faster delivery method while still being budget-friendly.

For those who can’t wait, we offer Express Shipping, ensuring that your order arrives within 1-2 business days after processing. This option is ideal for last-minute gifts or events and is available for a cost of $38.95.

 

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (we're open on Saturday). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds may be issued for qualifying orders up to $250. We are committed to ensuring a positive customer experience and addressing issues related to non-receipt, delayed delivery, damage, or discrepancies with product descriptions.

Eligibility for Refund:

  1. Non-Receipt of Package:

    • If a buyer does not receive their package and it is confirmed to be lost in transit, a refund may be issued.

    • The buyer must notify us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date to be eligible for a refund.

  2. Delayed Delivery:

    • If an item arrives after its estimated delivery date window, a refund may be provided.

    • The buyer must inform us of the delay within 30 days from the original estimated delivery date to qualify for a refund.

  3. Damaged Item:

    • Refunds for damaged items will be considered for the first instance per calendar year.

    • The buyer must report the damage within 7 days of receiving the item and provide photographic evidence of the damage.

  4. Item Does Not Match Description:

    • If an item does not match the listing description and photos, a refund may be issued.

    • The buyer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide evidence that demonstrates the discrepancy between the item received and the listing description.

 

Refund Process:

  • To initiate a refund request, the buyer must contact our customer service team with the relevant details and supporting evidence (e.g., photos, tracking information).

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment and may take up to 14 business days to appear in the buyer's account.

  • For orders qualifying for refunds, we will also provide instructions on how to return the item, if necessary.

 

Exclusions:

  • Orders exceeding $250 are not eligible for a refund under this policy. Refunds for these orders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require additional documentation.

  • Any claims outside of the specified timeframes will not be eligible for a refund.
